1. Overview & Legal Entity

This website (2dollartests.com) and the mobile application Pocket QuizBuilder (collectively, the "Service") are operated by 2DollarTests, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMBER USA, LLC. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to AMBER USA, LLC.

We offer this Service, including all information, tools, and products available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that appear fraudulent.

4. Digital Products & Delivery

Our products are 100% digital study materials (simulated exams, question banks, and guides).

• Immediate Access: Upon purchase, access is granted immediately via your user dashboard (web) or within the Pocket QuizBuilder app.
• No Shipping: No physical products will be shipped to you.
• Access Duration: Standard access is valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase, unless extended via our Pass Protection Promise.
• Web-to-App Sync: Content purchased on 2dollartests.com is accessible in the Pocket QuizBuilder app when you sign in with the same account.

5. Payment Terms

Web Purchases: All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards via our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your full credit card number is never stored on our servers. Transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

In-App Purchases: Purchases made within the Pocket QuizBuilder app are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. In-app purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not receive your payment card details for App Store transactions.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital intellectual property, all sales are generally final once the content has been accessed.

However, we stand by our products with a Pass Protection Promise. If you fail your exam, we extend your access for free until you pass. For full details on refunds, extensions, and exceptions, please review our Refund Policy.

App Store Purchases: Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, study tools, graphics, and software — is owned by AMBER USA, LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share purchased content with others
• Screenshot, copy, or export questions for redistribution
• Use the content for commercial purposes or to create competing products
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

8. Exam Disclaimer

2DollarTests provides exam preparation materials only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to FINRA, NASAA, ASWB, or any other licensing body. Our practice tests and study tools are independently created based on publicly available exam content outlines.

We do not guarantee that using our materials will result in passing any exam. Exam outcomes depend on individual preparation, study habits, and test-day performance.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Pocket QuizBuilder app (Profile > Delete Account) or by emailing [email protected].

Account deletion is permanent and will remove all personal data within 30 days. Purchases cannot be recovered after account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMBER USA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
