Access Rules & Refund Policy
We keep our prices at $2 by focusing on active students. Here is how our access, expiration, and refund rules work.
1. Digital Goods Policy (No Cash Refunds)
Due to the immediate digital nature of our products (simulated exams, question banks, and study guides), we generally do not offer cash refunds once the content has been accessed.
Unlike a physical textbook, you cannot "return" digital questions once you have seen them. This policy prevents abuse of our low-cost model.
2. Access Duration & Expiration
To maintain our ultra-low pricing, we do not offer "Lifetime Access." Server costs add up!
Standard Access is 6 Months (180 Days).
This aligns with the standard study window for FINRA and AP exams. After 6 months, access to the specific exam bank will expire.
Need a few more weeks? If life got in the way and your exam was delayed, just email us. We are humans, not robots. We will usually extend you for free.
3. The Pass Protection Promise
While access expires, we offer a safety net: Guaranteed Access until you Pass.
If your access expires AND you failed your actual exam (or haven't taken it yet due to delays), you do not need to pay us again.
- Email a photo of your result slip (or exam schedule).
- We will extend your access for free.
4. In-App Purchase Refunds (Pocket QuizBuilder)
Purchases made within the Pocket QuizBuilder app are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund for an in-app purchase, you must go through Apple directly:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase you want refunded
- Follow Apple's instructions to submit your request
Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours. The Pass Protection Promise applies to in-app purchases as well — just email us with your exam result.
5. Technical Exceptions
We will happily issue a full cash refund (for web purchases) in the following specific scenarios:
- Double Billing: If your card was accidentally charged twice for the same product.
- Technical Failure: If our site or app malfunctioned and you were unable to access the purchased content.
